The spring starter rotates the engine flywheel through practically the same number of revolutions as an electric starter, but at considerably higher speed,almost twice as fast as a conventional electric starter.

Importance of Hydraulic Oil Filtration System

Hydraulic oil performs four basic functions. Their primary function is to create force and motion as the flow is converted to pressure near the point of use. Second, by occupying the space between metal surfaces, the fluid forms a seal, which provides a pressure barrier and helps exclude contaminants. Necessary of Transformer Oil Filtration Machine

To handle electrical stresses, transformer oils are required to have better dielectric strength. Lower residual water, gas and contamination content must be maintained to reduce the speed of oil ageing.

All of these operations are performed using the transformer oil filtration machine.

Power transformer oil filtration, dehydrating and degassing can be performed individually or simultaneously based on the various conditions of the mineral oil and customer requirements.

The Oil Treatment Processes

Mainly there are three types of oil treatment processes:
Filtering
Purification with Drying Process
Regeneration of Reclamation with Degassing
The Filtering Process involves transformer oil filtration at a temperature of about 40 degrees Celsius. The process filters fine contaminated particles with the help of a filtering device.

The Purification with Drying Process heats the oil to a maximum temperature of 90 degrees Celsius and removes acidic & polar components from the transformer oil. A process of degassing under vacuum follows.

The Regeneration of Reclamation with Degassing is similar to the Purification with Drying Process but uses extra oxidant additives. This is the most effective method by which the oil can be regenerated in a cost-effective manner. However, the safety of the environment must be considered before undertaking this process.
