Distillation is the chemical engineering processes and other facilities used in oil refineries to distills the incoming crude oil, pyrolysis oil and waste oil into useful products such as diesel oil and fuel oils, gasoline or petrol, jet fuel, etc.
Working of Pyrolysis Oil Distillation plant:
The raw material is sent to the precipitation tank through the oil pipe. Degumming catalyst is added after which we’ll inject air into the precipitation tank via the air compressor. Now the degumming catalyst will be thoroughly mixed with raw material. Next, the liquid is allowed to subside for 3-4 hours.
The sediment of the raw material precipitation tank will be discharged. The crude oil which by now would have finished the precipitation will be pulled into the distillation tower through the oil pipe.
Next, the distillation of oil starts at high temperature, fuel oil is used to heat the distillation reactor. At this time, the raw material will be heated circularly between the oil heating furnace and the distillation reactor. When it reaches the related temperature, the oil gas of each reactor will enter the heat exchange system and condenser system in order to go through the distillation tower.
The final products including gasoline and diesel will be stored in oil tanks respectively.
